Born in New York, Queens, DA BEAT FREAKZ are sons of two proud African parents. At very young ages one member of da beat freakz were relocated to the UK (London) and the other was relocated to their roots of Africa (Nigeria). Five years later they came back to their birth place New York Queens.

From a young age DBF’s parents insisted that they joined the church band were they developed a passion for music, but when they first heard HIP HOP they were mesmerized by the hypnotic sound and at that same moment they just new this is what they wanted to do for the rest of their lives. They starting researching allot of major producers that they admired such as Quincy Jones/ Dr Dre/ Akon/ Dr Luke/ P.Diddy/ Timbaland/ Trak Stars/ Just Blaze/ Ryan Leslie/ Cool and Dre/ JR Rotem.

After researching the producers that they admire they went to work.DBF’S began to work on their craft and sound.

They both starting making money in any way they could. They also sold beats on the side to up and coming artists for $100-$300 a track to enhance their studio and sound. Move forward a few years and DBF’S are blessed to work with Major artists around the world from the US to Europe to Africa. They also work with their musical influences such as: Cool and Dre and Trak Stars.

Now as Platinum selling producers and a team of young brilliant writers. THE TAKE OVER HAS JUST BEGUN.
